Product delivery time <br>Products in stock will generally be shipped the next day.
Shipping times for back-ordered items vary depending on production and international shipping conditions. It may take anywhere from 3 to 180 days. For details, we will provide an estimated delivery time on the product page. Please note that delivery times are for reference only. We cannot 100% guarantee delivery, so please be aware of this in advance.
As we operate multiple websites, it may take some time for stock information to be updated depending on the order status. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery method

Costume-related products are generally shipped by Sagawa Express. We can also arrange for items to be delivered to a Sagawa Express office. When ordering, please enter the information of the desired Sagawa Express office in the request field.
Some accessories and goods will be shipped via Japan Post (regular mail, Click Post).
Some large tools (over 60cm in side length) may be shipped directly from overseas. In such cases, the delivery company will be EMS or Sagawa Express.
Generally, if you purchase multiple items at the same time, all items will be shipped together once they are all in stock.
If there are items you need urgently that have different delivery dates, please order them separately.
Some large tools can only be shipped individually, so if an item that is shipped individually is included in your order, it may be shipped separately from other items.

Please note that additional shipping charges will be incurred in the following situations:

*If the item is returned due to a long absence, or if the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped, a minimum of 2,000 yen for round-trip shipping will be charged to the customer. (Even in cases of free shipping, it may cost more than 2,000 yen depending on the product size and shipping area. The actual amount will be charged.)
If we do not receive instructions to resend the item within one week of it being returned, we will cancel the order.
*If the delivery address is incorrect and a delivery fee is incurred, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery fee.

Returns and Exchanges

After receiving the product, please check as soon as possible to make sure that the product is correct and that there are no defects such as damage or missing parts.

❞ Generally, if the defect can be resolved by supplying or exchanging the product, we will not accept returns. We will only provide supply or exchange.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
○Items that have been received more than 3 days ago.
○Products that have been used by the customer at least once.
○Items with perfume or tobacco odors, makeup stains, etc.
○Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
○Custom-made products.
