1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

- Cancellation is possible within 24 hours (please contact us by email).
- Please note that once production and shipping arrangements have begun, cancellations are not possible.

- In-stock items: Ships within 1-2 business days
- Pre-order items: Shipped within 7-15 business days
- Latest IP batch pre-order items: May take 30-60 days

3. When will I receive my order after receiving the shipping notification?

- Normal delivery: 4-5 days after shipping (international airmail + customs clearance)

- We carry out three stages of inspection before shipping, but if there is a problem:

2. Attach at least three photos of the product (whole product, defective part, package)
3. After we confirm the item, we will resend it free of charge.
