1. After receiving your order
- Made-to-order products: Production begins within 24 hours of your order
- In-stock items will be shipped within 24-78 hours
- *Cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted after shipment (due to PayPal fees).
2. Delivery company
- Within Japan: Sagawa Express, Japan Post, Yamato Transport (Kuroneko)
- International shipping: EMS, DHL (selectable by country)
3. International transportation flow
- After shipping, it is assigned to the latest shipment at the transit warehouse.
- Customs clearance and flight arrangements: May take 3-5 business days
- After arriving in Japan, the tracking number will be displayed on the logistics company's website.
