This product is classified as a "hygienic product."
Pursuant to Article 562 of the Japanese Civil Code (restrictions on the return of certain products),
・Returns after opening
・Replacement after use
We are unable to accept this.

> If the product is defective, please contact us with a video within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If the costume you received has defects (severe stains, sewing errors, a different item than what you ordered, etc.)

We will resend a new item. Please contact us with a photo of the defective part and your order number.

(Shipping costs will be borne by our store) Please note that we cannot provide refunds for cancelled orders.

  • Returns are not possible in the following cases:
  • Small scratches, stains, and print defects of a few millimeters or centimeters
  • Scratches and small dents on equipment, armor, and leather products
  • A few centimeters of thread sticking out that can be cut off with scissors

*Some items, such as equipment, plastic products, and leather products, are produced in external factories.

We cannot accept exchanges for small scratches or scuffs that may appear even after replacement.
