You can exchange, return, or refund your costume, dress, or wig within 3 business days of receiving it . The cost of the item will be fully refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
You can exchange, return or get a refund in the following cases:
- 1: There is a problem with the quality of the suit.
- 2: The size is wrong (If it is a custom-made item, please make sure that the size you provide is correct. If it is the same as the size you provided, we cannot refund you.)
- 3: If you would like to return the item, please make sure it has never been used, worn, or altered and that there are no missing parts. The original packaging, garment tag, and tracking number are essential. Please carefully check all product details and return it together with the shipping number and costume.
Exchanges, returns and refunds are not possible in the following cases:
Special sale and clearance items cannot be returned or refunded, but can be exchanged. Only in-stock sizes can be exchanged.
- 1: If you return only a portion of the item, you will not be able to receive a refund.
- 2: If the item has been used, worn or altered, no refunds will be given.
- 3: Underwear, socks and stockings cannot be returned.
- 4: Items worn once or for indoor use such as shoe covers, boot tops, costume shoes, etc. cannot be returned.
- 5: Prosthetics , fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories and hair caps are non -returnable.
