返品・交換について
当店取扱商品はコスプレ用の一回性パフォーマンス衣装・小道具・ウィッグ等であり、衛生・安全面の観点から、お客様都合による無理由返品・交換は原則お受けしておりません。
ご注文前にサイズ表を必ずご確認いただき、使用予定日時も十分にご検討の上、お申し込みください。
製作・発送期間について
当店では毎月多数の新作コスプレ衣装・小道具を追加し、常時在庫商品も複数プラットフォームで販売しているため、在庫状況が変動しやすいです。
特に新作・複雑デザインの衣装・小道具の場合、製作期間は通常30〜60日程度かかります。
イベント・撮影等でお急ぎの場合でも、加急対応・追加料金での優先発送は一切お受けできません。
すべてご注文順での順次製作・発送となりますので、ご使用予定日から十分な余裕をもってご注文ください。

発送タイミング
同一注文に在庫品とプレオーダー（予約・受注生産）品が混在する場合、原則としてすべて揃ってから一括で発送いたします。
在庫品を先に送ることはできませんので、ご了承ください。
複数個口（分割）発送の場合
一部の衣装・小道具は、付属パーツが多い、またはサイズ・形状の違いが大きいため、複数個口（別々の荷物）に分けて発送することがあります。
→ 複数個口による追加送料は一切いただきません（ただし、離島・一部遠隔地を除く）。
→ 複数個口の場合、到着日時に差が出ることがありますので、あらかじめご理解ください。

在庫のある現品商品の場合、ご注文確認後3〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。（繁忙期や受注生産品は別途記載）

配送パートナー
当店は佐川急便・黒猫急便（ヤマト運輸）・日本郵便のいずれかで発送いたします。

配送業者のお選びはできませんのでご了承ください。
お届けまでの目安
発送（出荷）後、国際配送の場合：
→ 4〜5日程度で税関清関
→ 清関後2〜3日で日本国内へお届け
合計で発送から約7〜12日前後がお届けの目安となります。

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

- Cancellation is possible within 24 hours (please contact us by email).
- Please note that once production and shipping arrangements have begun, cancellations are not possible.

2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
answer:
- In-stock items: Ships within 1-2 business days
- Pre-order items: Shipped within 7-15 business days
- Latest IP batch pre-order items: May take 30-60 days

3. When will I receive my order after receiving the shipping notification?

- Normal delivery: 4-5 days after shipping (international airmail + customs clearance)

4. What should I do if there is a missing or defective product?

- We carry out three stages of inspection before shipping, but if there is a problem:
1. We will contact you by email within 24 hours of arrival.
2. Attach at least three photos of the product (whole product, defective part, package)
3. After we confirm the item, we will resend it free of charge.
