Returns and Exchanges
The products we handle are one-time performance costumes, props, wigs, etc., for cosplay use. From a health and safety perspective, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
Please be sure to check the size chart before ordering, and thoroughly consider your intended use date before submitting your order.
Production and Shipping Period
We add a large number of new cosplay costumes and props every month, and our in-stock items are also sold on multiple platforms, so our inventory status can fluctuate easily.
Especially for new items or costumes and props with complex designs, the production period usually takes about 30 to 60 days.
Even if you are in a hurry for an event or photoshoot, we absolutely cannot accommodate urgent requests or priority shipping for an additional fee.
All items are produced and shipped sequentially in the order they are received, so please place your order with sufficient time before your intended use date.

Shipping Timing
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items (reservations/made-to-order), all items will be shipped together once they are all available.
Please note that in-stock items cannot be shipped separately in advance.
Multiple Package (Split) Shipments
Some costumes and props may be shipped in multiple packages (separate parcels) due to having many付属パーツ (attached parts) or significant differences in size and shape.
→ No additional shipping fees will be charged for multiple packages (excluding remote islands and some distant areas).
→ Please understand that there may be a difference in delivery dates when shipping in multiple packages.

Time until shipping
In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. (Peak season and made-to-order items will be noted separately.)
Shipping Partner
We ship with one of the following: Sagawa Express, Kuroneko Yamato (Yamato Transport), or Japan Post.
Please note that you cannot choose your preferred shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery time
For international shipments after dispatch (shipment):
→ Customs clearance in approximately 4-5 days
→ Delivery to Japan in 2-3 days after clearance
The total estimated delivery time from dispatch is approximately 7-12 days.
Tracking numbers will be provided in the shipping confirmation email, so please check the logistics information regularly.

2. Attach at least three photos of the product (whole product, defective part, package)
3. After we confirm the item, we will resend it free of charge.
